RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and returns may be processed within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any pet hair or odors (smoke, cologne/perfume, sweat) with all original tags and packaging content. The customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to OODA Savage LLC; packaging must be equal to the packaging in which you received the original order to ensure maximum protection during transit. Keep your packing slip for order verification.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also include a note inside the return package stating the exact item (include size/color if applicable) you are wishing to receive in exchange, or if you want a refund. Formatting should be as follows:
- First & Last Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) enclosed
- Item(s) wishing to receive in exchange OR specify you're returning for refund/store credit.
*If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out us! If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed message with your order number and we will return your call within 24 hours.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
OODA Savage ships within the United States, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico (PO Boxes are included). We are also proud to let you know that we will ship to any APO/FPO/DPO military address too!
International shipments are restricted to select countries. Please contact Customer Support if you have any concerns. Please allow 3 days for order processing. Orders typically ship within 1-2 days of processing. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order, please refer to your shipment confirmation email. Once your order is processed for dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. At that time, you may also visit the TRACK MY ORDER page to view your order status. Please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT if you have any concerns.
